What does Literess remember between documents?
Tell her “remember that I prefer X” or “I’m translating a sci-fi novel” and she keeps it as a durable note — up to 20 per account. Ask her to update or forget any of them anytime — it all happens right in the chat; there’s no separate settings page to manage them. Notes are per-user: if a teammate mentions her in a shared thread she can see their notes too, but she only ever writes to the person speaking.
Tell her what you don’t want her to bring up, for example “don’t mention glossaries again”. She keeps it as a note, and the messages she sends on her own skip that topic. Ask her to forget the note when you want to hear about it again.
How many Literess messages do I get?
Free includes 10 messages with Literess for the lifetime of the account, at no cost. Starter and Pro have no limit (Pro adds priority support).
What does a message to Literess cost?
On Starter and Pro, a message about your translation costs the credits her answer takes. To see the range before you send, point at the note under the message field; the charge never goes past its top. A long task that reaches the top stops and asks before going on. Mentioning her with @ in a comment or the document chat bills the same way.

Does Literess automatically remember everything I tell her?
No — Literess saves a note when you ask her to (“remember that I prefer X”), up to 20 per account. Separately, when a question calls for it she runs a live lookup: your documents, your past chats, and (for current facts) the web. Those are lookups, not saved notes.
Do the free Literess messages reset every month?
No. The Free plan’s 10 messages are for the lifetime of the account, not per month. Starter (€29/mo) and Pro (€79/mo) both include unlimited messages with Literess; a message about your translation bills the credits her answer takes (see plans, credits & the free tier).
Do Literess’s check-ins use up my free messages?
No. Check-ins — the short messages Literess sends on her own when something fails or you seem stuck — don’t count against the Free plan’s 10-message allowance and never cost credits. They can be turned off entirely under Settings → Notifications.
Should my client’s terminology go in Literess’s memory or in a glossary?
In a glossary. Terminology that has to land in the translation itself belongs there, because glossaries are applied to every block on every run; Literess’s notes are context she carries across your conversations. If you have already translated work for that client, ask her to build the glossary from it — she extracts candidate terms and you accept, reject, or edit them in bulk.
