Client & guest review links
Let a client or reviewer see a translation without an account, and without exposing the rest of your work. Every link expires after 30 days.
Three ways to share
- View link — anyone with the link sees a read-only snapshot of source and translation. No account needed.
- Comment link — they view *and* comment; they enter a name (and optionally an email for reply notifications) and join as a guest who only ever sees that one document.
- Invite by email — if they have a Transept account they get access inside it; otherwise they receive a private review link.
Internal vs. shared comments
A comment thread can be marked internal (editors and teammates only) or shared (everyone with access, including comment-only guests). Use internal to keep team notes off a document a client is reviewing.
