Everything billing lives in Settings → Billing, including the plan cards and checkout.
Upgrading and topping up
Upgrade from the plan cards in Settings → Billing (checkout is handled by Stripe). Need more credits without changing plans? Top-up packs never expire: Small (50,000 / €5), Medium (200,000 / €18), Large (500,000 / €40).
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel anytime from billing settings — you keep paid features until the end of the current period, then drop back to Free. No exit fees. There’s a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment: email [email protected] within 7 days of the first charge and we refund it. Purchased credit packs are non-refundable after use, but unused pack credits never expire.
