Sharing a document for review.

A run of collaboration work landed at the end of May: teams, projects, and a clean way to get a translation in front of a client for review.

Added

  • Teams — move documents, glossaries, and styleguides into a shared team so every member can open and edit them. Anyone can create a team; inviting collaborators is a Starter / Pro feature.
  • Projects — group related documents (a book, a campaign, a client) with a default language pair that new documents inherit. One level of sub-projects is supported.
  • Client & guest review links — share a read-only view, or a comment link that lets a reviewer join as a guest who only ever sees that one document. Or invite by email. Every link expires after 30 days.

Changed

  • Comment threads can be marked internal (your team only) or shared (everyone with access, including comment-only guests).
