Review & QA

Guided review, and a head start for every document

From the Transept team
Step through findings, decide each.

Two connected improvements to how you go from raw translation to finished work: a focused review surface, and starting points that set a document up correctly from the first click.

Added

  • Guided review — when a workflow stages findings, you walk them one at a time (“Item 3 of 17”) with the source, the current translation, and the proposed change in front of you. Accept, reject, edit, or regenerate — nothing lands until you say so.
  • Starting points — pick what you’re translating (Fiction, Landing page, Client document, Help article, Legal, or blank) and Transept sets the styleguide, hints, and a matching workflow that ends in that type’s signature check.
  • Rewrite with an instruction — tell Transept how to reword a translation in plain language (“make every sentence warmer”) across one block or many.

Changed

  • After a template document is translated, a follow-up card walks you through a quick two-pass review — proofread, then the template’s own check — in the guided surface.
