Review & deliver
Publish-Ready Mode in one run
The whole workflow, one button. Translate. Enforce the glossary. Apply the styleguide. Proofread for drift. Polish for readability. Run QA. What lands is ready to deliver — no second pass, no manual review needed before the email goes out or the campaign goes live.
Free to begin · No card required
Publish-Ready Mode is the answer to "I don’t have time to run translate → proofread → polish → QA as four separate steps; can you just do all of it?". One button, one run, one set of credits. The system runs the full premium workflow: translation with the best available model for the language pair, automatic glossary and styleguide enforcement, Smart Proofread for drift, polish for native readability, Vision Proofread where applicable, and a final QA gate. What lands is a translated document that’s ready to deliver or publish — no second pass needed. Costs more credits than running each stage manually, but saves the time you would have spent orchestrating them.
Five passes, one click
For long documents, marketing copy, and any deliverable where the credit cost is worth the time saved. Publish-Ready isn’t a faster translator — it’s the full review workflow, done by the system.
Translate with full context
The document is translated end-to-end with the glossary, styleguide, and target audience all in the prompt. Premium-tier model selection by default.
Proofread for drift
Smart Proofread reads the result and flags issues — terminology, register, glossary misses. Suggested fixes are auto-applied where confidence is high.
Polish for readability
A polish pass smoothes rhythm, sentence length, and idiom — without straying from the styleguide. The result reads like a native writer wrote it.
QA before delivery
Final pass: numbers, dates, formatting, completeness. What lands is a finished document.

When it’s worth the credits
Marketing & launch content
Where copy needs to be deliverable on first read, in twelve languages, on a deadline.
Long-form deliverables
A 200-page book translation where running each stage manually would add a week.
Client work with hard deadlines
Spend the credits to save the review hours. Deliver tonight instead of Friday.
Questions, answered without the fluff
- Publish-Ready uses 5× source-word credits — translation plus proofread plus polish plus QA, bundled. Compared to running each pass separately (1× + 0.5× + 1× + 1× = 3.5×), it’s a premium for the orchestration and the auto-routing.
- For most content, yes. For literary work or anything where voice is the entire point, we still recommend a final human read-through. Publish-Ready cuts that read-through from an edit pass to a sanity check.
- Yes — the run history shows the translation, the proofread diffs, the polish edits, and the QA flags. Audit every step or roll back any of them.
- Run Publish-Ready on the rest of the document. Pages you’ve already touched are treated as locked unless you explicitly include them.
- When the content is going to ship — to a client, to a customer, to a published surface — and you don’t want to spend another hour reviewing it. Marketing copy, launch content, long-form deliverables. For internal drafts or first-pass exploration, Standard mode is the right call.
- For most content, the output is ready to deliver after a sanity-check read-through. For literary work or anything where voice is the entire point, we still recommend a final human read. Publish-Ready reduces that review from an edit pass to a sanity check.
- Yes — the run history shows the translation, the Smart Proofread diffs, the polish edits, and the Vision Proofread flags as separate steps. Audit, accept, or roll back any of them.
- Premium is "use the strongest model for translation" — one pass, better quality. Publish-Ready is "run the full workflow" — translation plus proofread plus polish plus QA, multiple passes, ready to deliver. Premium is 3× credits; Publish-Ready is 5×.
- Yes — run Publish-Ready on a selection (the rest of the document, a specific chapter, anything you pick). Sentences you’ve already hand-edited are treated as locked unless you explicitly clear the locks.
