From draft to any language, on one workflow

  • I.

Drop in your draft, see it translated

Bring in DOCX, PDF, Markdown, or paste raw text. Headings, lists, and inline formatting come with it. Side-by-side editor, your language pair set on the way in.

  • II.

A glossary for the names that matter

Brand names, character names, product names — the words a translation must get right. Build it once, and every translation in every language enforces it. Page 1 to page 500.

    Glossary in context
  • III.

A styleguide that holds your tone, sentence by sentence

Tone, rules, and the quirks that make your writing yours. Every regeneration runs through it — so when you ask for "more punch" or "keep the metaphor," the rewrite stays in your tone. Generate a styleguide from a sample page, version it, swap per release.

    Direction + your styleguide
  • IV.

Literess flags what flattens your tone

A literary editor at your side. She reads the translation, finds the moments where the tone has gone neutral, and leaves notes on the blocks that need another pass before publishing.

The origin story

Nothing could translate what we wrote — so we built what could

Two writers, one problem.

Vitalii.I wrote 120,000 words of satirical romance fantasy — mages drowning in debt, a multiverse economy that makes Wall Street look ethical, and a love story tangled up in all of it.

Mariia.I write semi-fictional stories about real people, built around how it felt. Most of the people I wrote about were foreigners. We met in English, spoke in English, lived those moments in English. So I wrote them that way too.

“But I sometimes wonder what version of them I missed by not writing them in their language.”Mariia

Vitalii. The same flatness hit me from the other side. Every tool I tried preserved the words but killed the voice. Tone, rhythm, wit, emotional texture — nothing held. It all came back flatter than it went in.

Both of us.So we did what we know how to do. We read the machine-translation papers. We benchmarked Claude, GPT, Gemini, and a handful of open models on the same 50-page chapter — judging accuracy, tone, and whether the satire still landed. None of them held all three; each failed in a different way. So we built the tool we wished had existed when we started.

FAQ

Questions creators ask first

  • You write a translation styleguide once — tone, rules, the quirks you want kept. Every translation in every language references it. When you regenerate a sentence, the styleguide and your direction both feed in.
  • No. You can translate first and add brand terms or character names to the glossary as you notice them. Or skip it entirely for one-off pieces.
  • Yes — anything from a 500-word post to a 50-chapter manuscript. Block-level structure handles long pieces; sentence-level controls handle the moments where it really has to land.
  • Connect your Notion workspace, search for the page or database you want, import it as a translation document. When you’re done, export the translation back to Notion — same structure, ready to schedule and publish.
  • When tone and nuance matter more than speed. Pro mode uses a deeper model and costs 3× per source word. For most content marketing, Standard is fine; for literary pieces or anything tonally tricky, Pro mode is worth it.
  • Free covers ~5 pages a month (1,500 words) — enough to try everything. Starter at €29/mo (100,000 words) handles regular publishing — ~330 pages in Standard or ~100 in Pro mode. Pro at €79/mo (300,000 words) is built for higher volume. Top up any paid plan with word packs — Small (€19/50K), Medium (€69/200K), Large (€149/500K) — and pack words don’t expire.
