The CRM hub
If you translate for clients, you’ve been tracking the work somewhere else — a spreadsheet, a notes app, your head. The new CRM hub (in the sidebar) brings it inside Transept.
Quotes and rate cards aren’t in the product yet — today the CRM does deadline and status tracking, with rates and quoting planned as a fast follow.
Added
- Board — a kanban of your documents-as-jobs, from Backlog through Quoted → In progress → In review → Delivered → Paid. Drag a card to change status; click it to open the document.
- Clients — a proper client book with contacts, notes, per-client translation defaults, and a detail page that links every document and rolls up stats.
- Projects, Tasks, and Stats — group documents by engagement, keep light business to-dos, and see pipeline composition, what’s due this week, and deliveries per month at a glance.
- A scope switch in the header narrows all five tabs to Personal or one of your teams.
