A help center — and a friendlier Literess

From the Transept team
The new help center.

Two things this week. First, a proper help center — guides for everything from your first translation to building a workflow, with search and Literess one click away. Second, we made Literess more generous on the Free plan.

Added

  • A new help center — nine topic areas, thirty-plus guides, full-text search, and click-to-enlarge screenshots, all in the same warm reading surface you’re looking at now.
  • Free accounts now include 10 lifetime messages with Literess (up from five) to get you going.

Changed

  • Support chat with Literess is now always free — asking for help never counts against your message allowance.
  • The Literess chat panel got a visual refresh: a calmer layout, a flowing answer reveal, and tidier tool-activity rows.

Fixed

  • Acting turns always close cleanly now, and repeated tool rows collapse instead of stacking up.
