Translation
Glossaries and styleguides, leveled up
The two tools that keep a long translation consistent — glossaries and styleguides — both got a serious upgrade.
Added
- Structured glossary entries — variants, do-not-translate, forbidden targets, and a note per term.
- AI glossary consistency check — scans the whole document for terms used inconsistently or against the glossary and proposes fixes you approve. It replaced the old structural check.
- Structured styleguides — tone, register, audience, address form, quote marks, and your own do/don’t rules, plus reference samples. Start from a preset, or paste a passage of your work and let Literess fill in the fields.
Changed
- Pick a default glossary and styleguide in Settings; new documents inherit them automatically, and you can override per document.
